We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes you might want to return your product. At AuraGliss, we offer a simple and free return process within 30 days of receiving your order.
How Does It Work?
1. Fill Out the Return Form:
To start your return, complete the return form included with your order. Don’t have it anymore? No problem! You can also email us directly.
2. Send Us the Following Information via Email:
Email us at support@auragliss.com with the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return (optional but helps us improve our products)
- Attach photos if there is an issue with the product.
3. Receive Return Instructions:
Once we receive your email, we’ll send you the return instructions, including a prepaid return label so you can send the product back for free.
4. Ship Your Return:
Pack the product in its original packaging (if possible) and attach the return label to the box. Drop it off at your nearest shipping point.
5. Refund:
Once we’ve received and processed your return, your full purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.
