3. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations in color or packaging may occur. AuraGliss is not liable for any errors or inaccuracies on the website.

4. Ordering and Payment

All orders can be placed through our webshop. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Payments can be made using the payment methods available on our website, including:

  • iDEAL
  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
  • PayPal
  • Other available methods

All prices displayed on the website include VAT.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Once payment is received, your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. The estimated delivery time is 7 business days. Shipping is free for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. After withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your product within 30 days of receipt for free. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Email us at support@auragliss.com with your order number, name, and reason for return.

8. Warranty and Liability

We offer a 6-month warranty on all products against manufacturing defects. If your product is defective or not functioning properly, please contact our customer service team.

AuraGliss is not liable for any damages resulting from improper use of our products or failure to follow the provided instructions.

9. Complaints Procedure

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you have a complaint, please contact us at support@auragliss.com. We will process your complaint and provide a response within 14 days.
